Accept that life doesn't always go according to plan.
Read that book that's on top of your current T.B.R. pile. Even if its the first chapter - escape.
Go for a walk - walk in nature, a park, a wood, the countryside, the rain, the wind, the snow.
Listen to some "throw back " tunes and reminisce and dance, dance, dance like no-one is watching!
Accept that life doesn't go according to plan.
Be creative - Draw, paint, write, sing, recite poetry, craft.
Meet up with like minded souls and have a good, genuine belly laugh together.
Be aware of when your energy is up. This is a great time to be creative and let the ideas flow and to set realistic goals. Energy doesn't flow between set times remember,
Be aware when your energy dips. Take time out. Have a relaxing soak or a revitalizing shower. Be kind to yourself and "listen" to what your body is trying to let you know.
Live in the NOW. Express your gratitude and be thankful for where you are right at this moment. Read/ listen to positive affirmations to create a new mindset.
